Vantone Neo Development Group (600246.SH) announced that on February 28, 2025, they received a notification letter from Hesheng Wealth stating that they have decreased their holdings of the company's shares to below 5%. In total, they have reduced their holdings by 2.187 million shares. After this equity change, Hesheng Wealth holds 4.99999% of the company's total share capital, no longer being a shareholder with over 5% ownership in the company.
