Hanwei Electronics Group Corporation (300007.SZ) announced that in order to further expand overseas markets, improve the overseas business layout, enhance the company's product visibility and market share internationally, and meet the needs of international strategic development, the company intends to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Aiwei International (Singapore) Limited (tentative name, hereinafter referred to as the "Singapore company") in Singapore through its wholly-owned subsidiary Hainan Hanwei Zhigan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hainan Zhigan"), and establish a subsidiary, Aiwei International (Malaysia) Limited (tentative name, hereinafter referred to as "Malaysia company") in Malaysia through the Singapore company. The total amount of this foreign investment does not exceed 75 million RMB.
