Tangshan Port Group (601000.SH) announced that its shareholder Hebei Construction and Investment Transportation Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Investment Transportation"), which holds more than 5% of the company's shares, plans to increase its shareholding through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange system within 12 months from the disclosure date of this announcement. The amount invested in the share increase shall be no less than 250 million yuan and no more than 500 million yuan.
