WINSHINE SCI (00209) announced that Chan Cheuk-ho has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective from February 28, 2025, as he wishes to devote more time to personal and other business matters.
Effective from February 28, 2025: Chan Cheuk-ho will no longer serve as the chairman of the Audit Committee. The current independent non-executive director, Kwok Kin-hung, has been appointed as the chairman of the Audit Committee, and the current independent non-executive director, Wong Yu-mei, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee.
Chan Cheuk-ho will no longer serve as the chairman of the Remuneration Committee. The current executive director, Yung Cho-tim, has been appointed as the chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and the current independent non-executive director, Wong Yu-mei, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
Chan Cheuk-ho will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee. The current independent non-executive director, Wong Yu-mei, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
