Matrix Holdings (01005): Lu Shaoting resigns as Joint Company Secretary

MATRIX HOLDINGS (01005) announced that Ms. Lu Shaoting has resigned as the joint company secretary of the company, effective from 28th February 2025, as she wishes to dedicate more time to her personal affairs. After Ms. Lu's resignation, the other joint company secretary Ms. Li Meifang will remain in her position and serve as the sole company secretary of the company.
