MING FAI INT'L (03828) announced that Mr. Wu Baoguang resigned as an independent non-executive director and member of the company audit committee and remuneration committee due to his other business commitments, effective from February 28, 2025.

Baosheng Science and Technology Innovation (600973.SH): Junjing Shengda collectively reduced their shareholding by 1.50%, reducing their stake to 5%.

XINYI ENERGY(03868) plans to distribute a final dividend of HK$0.027 per share.
