SUNAC (01918) obtains approval for the company's share transfer order.

SUNAC (01918) announced that regarding the winding-up petition issued by CHINA CINDA (Hong Kong) Asset Management Limited against the company, the company has applied to the High Court for a recognition order concerning the transfer of company shares. The application was approved by the High Court on February 28, 2025. Following the grant of the recognition order, despite the winding-up petition against the company, all transfers of company shares issued and fully paid up from the date of the petition will not be considered invalid under Section 182 of the Companies (Winding-up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance.
