MELCO INT'L DEV (00200) has issued an announcement that Melco Resorts Entertainment Limited announced on February 27, 2025 that they are evaluating potential strategic options related to City of Dreams Manila. Melco Resorts PHP Corporation, in accordance with an operating agreement signed with Melco Resorts Entertainment and other subsidiaries of Melco Resorts Entertainment, manages and operates City of Dreams Manila. Melco Resorts Entertainment further announced that they have hired CBRE Capital Advisors, Inc. and Moelis & Company LLC as financial advisors to explore potential strategic options for City of Dreams Manila. They have not made any decisions on any strategic options at this time, and cannot guarantee that any potential strategic options will result in a transaction. Melco Resorts Entertainment will not comment or provide updates on this process unless and until they determine it is appropriate or necessary to do so.
