The final issuance size of the three-year tranche is 1.3 billion yuan, with a final coupon rate of 2.15%; the final issuance size of the five-year tranche is 2.1 billion yuan, with a final coupon rate of 2.25%. The funds raised from the issuance of this tranche of bonds are intended to be used to supplement the company's operating funds.
The affiliated parties of the underwriting institution participated in the subscription of this tranche of bonds. China Securities Co., Ltd.s affiliated party, CITIC BANK Limited, subscribed 280 million yuan for the three-year variety and 300 million yuan for the five-year variety; Guosen Co., Ltd.s affiliated party, Ever Bright Trust Co., Ltd., subscribed 40 million yuan for the three-year variety.
