China Ruyi (00136) has announced that, according to a stock subscription agreement dated January 27, 2025, it will issue and distribute 654 million shares of the company's common stock to Sunshine Life Insurance Co., Ltd.

China Motor Bus (00026) announced its interim results with a net loss attributable to shareholders of HK$34.205 million, representing a decrease of 78.79% year-on-year.

YIXIN (02858) will distribute a final dividend of HK$0.065 per share on June 26th.
