Evergrande (03333) announced that following the winding-up order issued against Tin Kei Holdings, the High Court of Hong Kong on February 21, 2025 appointed Mr. Edward Simon Middleton and Ms. Wong Wing-sze of Armitage Advisors Limited as joint and several liquidators of Tin Kei Holdings. Trading of the company's shares remains suspended.

HKEX (00388) profit and surplus reached a record high in 2024, with a shareholder's share of surplus of HK$13.05 billion, representing a 10% year-on-year increase.

HKEX (00388) will distribute a second interim dividend of HKD 4.9 per share on March 26th.
