According to this, Jiangmen Public Resource Center and its Xinhui Branch have confirmed, and Huali College has acknowledged, that Huali College has won the land use right for the land with a total price of 83.045 million yuan. Due to the winning bid, Huali College expects to sign a contract for the transfer of state-owned land use rights with Jiangmen Resources Bureau within six business days after signing the confirmation letter. The land is located in Yinhuan Bay Coastal New Area, Jiangmen City, China. The total area of the land is approximately 143,800 square meters. The land is intended for educational purposes with a lease term of 50 years. The land will be used to construct Huali College's Jiangmen campus in Jiangmen City, China.
