CTF SERVICES (00659) announced that assuming there are no other events triggering an adjustment in the conversion price before March 22, 2025, the conversion price will be adjusted from HK$8.043 per share to HK$7.39 per share due to the announcement of distributing the 2025 interim dividend to shareholders. This adjustment will be effective on March 22, 2025 (the day after the record date).
