Medprin Regenerative Medical Technologies (301033.SZ) announced that the company, as a limited partner, has invested 20 million yuan of its own funds to establish Dongna Collaboration with Demos Consulting (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., CONSUN PHARMA Co., Ltd., Ding Jun, and Zhang Shi'an. Dongna Collaboration, as a limited partner, has invested 41 million yuan of its own funds to establish Dongna Medical Fund with Guangdong Dongna Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. and Heyuan GaoShenZhen New Industries Biomedical Engineering Guided Fund Investment Center (Limited Partnership). Recently, the above-mentioned investors have signed the "Guangdong Dongna Medical Health Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement".
The announcement shows that Dongna Medical Fund will mainly invest in the field of medical health led by technological innovation, with a focus on medical devices, medical digital innovation, traditional Chinese medicine innovation, and biotechnology innovation.
