Sichuan Chuantou Energy (600674.SH) plans to establish a joint venture company to invest in and operate a 60MW/120MWh energy storage project for industrial and commercial users in Sichuan Times.

Sichuan Chuantou Energy (600674.SH) announced that its subsidiary, Sichuan Chuantou (Panzhihua) New Energy Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Panzhihua New Energy"), plans to establish a joint venture with Chengdu Betop Digital Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Betop Digital Energy") and invest in the construction and operation of the Sichuan Times 60MW/120MWh commercial and industrial user-side energy storage project. The project has a total estimated investment of 115.04 million yuan, with project capital of 23.659 million yuan. Panzhihua New Energy will contribute 18.927 million yuan according to its share ratio.
