Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical (600688.SH) announced that its board of directors received a written resignation letter from Guan Zemin on February 26, 2025. Guan Zemin, due to reaching the retirement age, requested to resign from his positions as Vice Chairman, Executive Director, Vice Chairman of the Strategy and ESG Committee, and General Manager of the company.
