GREENTOWN CHINA (03900) has purchased and cancelled notes totaling approximately 452 million US dollars in principal.

Greentown China (03900) announced that the company has accepted and purchased a total principal amount of approximately US$312 million worth of 2025 April notes and a total principal amount of approximately US$140 million worth of 2025 July notes (collectively referred to as "accepted related notes"). The accepted related notes were cancelled on February 25, 2025. After the cancellation of the accepted related notes, the outstanding principal amounts of the 2025 April notes and 2025 July notes are approximately US$134 million and US$155 million, respectively.
