Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (02196) announced that on February 25, 2025, it received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Fosun High-Tech (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Fosun High-Tech"), that it has completed the pledge procedures for some of the company's A shares. The number of shares pledged this time is 30 million.

Director Jia Shaoqian of Hisense Home Appliances Group (000921.SZ) plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 101,100 shares.
