Sws Hemodialysis Care (688410.SH) announced that on February 25, 2025, the company received a notification letter from shareholder Huagai Xincheng regarding the results of the reduction of Chongqing Sws Hemodialysis Care Blood Purification Technology Co., Ltd. During this reduction plan, Huagai Xincheng, through block trades, accumulated a total reduction of 8,996,716 shares of the company, representing 2.8% of the total share capital of the company. The reduction plan has been completed.
