Bank of China (03988): Wu Jian appointed as vice president.

Bank of China (03988) announced that on January 24, 2025, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Wu Jian as the Deputy Governor of the Bank. The Bank has received approval from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission for Wu Jian to assume the position of Deputy Governor. Wu Jian will assume office as Deputy Governor of the Bank from February 24, 2025.
