CHINA TIANRUI (01252) announced that Li Xuanyu has resigned from his positions as executive director and chairman of the board of the company in order to focus on other work, effective from February 25, 2025. The board also announced that non-executive director Li Liufa has been appointed as chairman, effective from February 25, 2025.
