Salesforce, Inc. (CRM.US) and Alphabet Inc. Class C (GOOG.US, GOOGL.US) have reached a multi-billion dollar partnership agreement to deepen the integration of artificial intelligence and cloud computing.

On Monday, Salesforce, Inc. (CRM.US) announced a long-term partnership agreement worth billions of dollars with Alphabet Inc. Class C (GOOG.US, GOOGL.US). The two companies will deepen their integration in the areas of customer relationship management (CRM) software, Agentforce AI assistant, and Data Cloud solutions, and seamlessly integrate with Google Cloud.
This partnership will further strengthen the integration of Google Workspace with Salesforce, Inc.'s AI-based CRM tools, providing shared customers with more powerful AI models, data analytics, and Agentic AI capabilities. While Salesforce, Inc. currently relies mainly on Amazon.com, Inc.'s (AMZN.US) AWS cloud computing services, this move undoubtedly deepens its cooperation with Alphabet Inc. Class C in the cloud computing field. According to media reports, the agreement is valued at $2.5 billion, with a partnership term of seven years.
At the same time as this announcement, Google Cloud recently announced a partnership with ServiceNow (NOW.US) to provide IT service management and security solutions on the Google Distributed Cloud platform.
In addition, Salesforce, Inc. plans to release its fourth quarter earnings for the 2025 fiscal year after the close of trading on Wednesday. Market analysts expect adjusted earnings per share to be $2.61 and revenue to be $100.4 billion.
