Palm Eco-Town Development (002431.SZ) has announced that Mr. Zhu Qianji, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 18,128,200 shares within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement through centralized auction trading or bulk trading. This represents 1% of the company's total share capital (1.01% excluding shares held in the company's repurchase account).
