IB SETTLEMENT (00147) announced that on February 24, 2025 (after trading hours), the seller Shanghai Xinsheng Property Management Co., Ltd. and the buyer Surpass Property Management Co., Ltd. entered into a sales agreement. According to this agreement, the buyer agrees to purchase and the seller agrees to sell the entire equity interest of RMB 5 million in the residential theme park (Fuzhou) property management Co., Ltd. (100% equity interest). The announcement stated that the group is mainly engaged in (including) property development.
