China International Marine Containers (02039) announced that the company's board of directors has agreed to nominate Mr. Mei Xianzhi and Mr. Zhao Jintao as candidates for directors of the tenth board of directors, and submit them for consideration at the shareholders' meeting. Their term will start from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting and end when the tenth board of directors reaches its term limit.
