The Singapore-based company plans to issue 2 million shares of stock at a price of $4 to $5 per share, raising $9 million in funding. At the midpoint of the proposed range, AI Assets' market value will reach $74 million.
Through its Singapore wholly-owned subsidiary MAXE AI, AI Assets utilizes artificial intelligence technology to provide financial information and market tracking services. MAXE AI relies on historical data and real-time analysis of major asset fluctuations globally, offering individual users the best financial information and tracking services through its AI investment assistant app "MAXE," and customizing AI information systems "TPS" for institutional users. MAXE does not provide any investment advice or trading services. So far, the company's revenue is limited.
AI Assets was founded in 2023 and plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol AIAS. Univest Securities is the sole bookrunner for this transaction.
