CONGYU INTE AGR (00875) announced that on February 24, 2025, the company entered into a supplemental agreement with the respective subscribers of the subscription agreement to increase the subscription price per subscription share from 0.560 Hong Kong dollars to 0.565 Hong Kong dollars. The company has applied to resume trading of its shares on the Stock Exchange as of 1:00 pm on February 24, 2025.
