On February 24th, DeepSeek announced the launch of "Open Source Week", with the first open-source code repository being Flash MLA. This is an efficient MLA decoding kernel optimized for the Hopper GPU, optimized for variable length sequences, and is currently in production. As early as noon on February 21st, DeepSeek announced that starting from the next week, they will open-source 5 code repositories, sharing their research progress with the global developer community in a completely transparent manner. New content will be unlocked daily to further share new developments, defining this initiative as "Open Source Week".
