Huatai helps FOURTH PARADIGM (06682) complete HK$1.4 billion in rights issue financing, the first new year stock issuance project in the Hong Kong AI field to be delivered.

On February 13, FOURTH PARADIGM (06682) announced that the new stock placement project has been successfully completed. A total of 27.92 million shares were added in this placement, with an issue price of HK$50.20 per share, raising approximately HK$1.4 billion in total. Huatai served as the overall coordinator and joint placement agent for this placement. This placement is not only the first artificial intelligence placement project in the Hong Kong stock market for the year 2025, but also the largest financing placement project in the Hong Kong stock market for the year 2025.
