DATANG RENEW (01798) announced that the company will begin to pay the principal and interest of the third tranche of short-term financing bonds for the 2024 fiscal year from December 4, 2024 to February 20, 2025, starting on February 21, 2025. The total amount of the short-term financing bonds issued is 1.3 billion yuan, with a term of 79 days and an interest rate of 1.87%.

Guangzhou Haige Communications Group Incorporated (002465.SZ) shareholder Yang Haizhou completed reduction of holdings, with a total reduction of 1.5 million shares.
