SEM Holdings (09929) announced that Yan Jiaying has resigned as the Company Secretary, effective from February 13, 2025, and will no longer hold the position of authorized representative after her resignation. Wen Yingpeng has been appointed as the Company Secretary and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules to replace Yan Jiaying, effective from February 13, 2025.
