Hefei Department Store Group (000417.SZ) announced that, in order to further revitalize idle assets, optimize resource allocation, and improve asset operation efficiency, the board of directors has approved its subsidiary Anhui Provincial Taikelong Chain Supermarket Co., Ltd. to publicly list for sale some of its idle properties through the Anhui Changjiang Property Rights Exchange.
The assets to be sold in this transaction include factories, office buildings, a piece of industrial land use rights, structures, and related assets located south of Baicheng Road and east of Bajunshan Road in Xuan Cheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xuan Cheng City, Anhui Province. The industrial park covers an area of 32,369.1m, with a building area of 16,217.79m. The market value of the properties to be sold in this transaction is 28.4096 million yuan, an increase of 15.9151 million yuan compared to the evaluation value and book value, with an appreciation rate of 127%.
