Bank of Zhengzhou (06196) issued a notice that the board of directors of the bank approved the proposal on appointing the Chief Risk Officer of Bank of Zhengzhou Limited. Mr. Pan Feng was approved to be appointed as the Chief Risk Officer of the bank, and will officially take up the position after his qualifications are approved by the Henan Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission.
