China XD Electric (601179.SH) announcement that the company's shareholder GE SMALLWORLD (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD (referred to as General Electric Singapore Company) intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 154 million shares between March 6, 2025 and June 5, 2025, which is not more than 3% of the company's total share capital.
