Jointown Pharmaceutical Group (600998. SH) announced that on February 12, 2025, Huatai Jointown Pharmaceutical Group Medical Warehousing Logistic Closed-End Infrastructure Securities Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as "Huatai Jointown Pharmaceutical Group Medical REIT") successfully completed its issuance and will be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with the trading code 508084. The fund will be referred to as "Jointown Pharmaceutical Group R" and abbreviated as "Huatai Jointown Pharmaceutical Group Medical REIT". Huatai Jointown Pharmaceutical Group Medical REIT ultimately raised a total of 400 million fund shares at a price of 2.895 yuan per share, amounting to a total fund-raising of 1.158 billion Chinese yuan. Among these, 70 million shares were subscribed by institutional investors, accounting for 17.50% of the total shares issued, with an effective subscription multiple of 50 times; 30 million shares were subscribed by retail investors, accounting for 7.50% of the total shares issued, with an effective subscription multiple of 1,192 times.
