TONGDA GROUP (00698) announced that on December 12, 2024, February 12, 2025, and February 12, 2025, its indirectly non-wholly owned subsidiary Tongda Smart Tech used its idle funds to subscribe to several financial products, including the subscription of (i) the first Industrial Bank financial product, the second Industrial Bank financial product, and the third Industrial Bank financial product, with subscription amounts of RMB 9 million, RMB 28 million, and RMB 13 million respectively.
