Changjiang & Jinggong Steel Building (600496.SH) announced that its subsidiary, Jinggong Green Building Technology Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jinggong Green Building"), has signed a contract with the company's related party, Kuaijishan Shaoxing Rice Wine Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kuaijishan Shaoxing Rice Wine"), for the "Kuaijishan Shaoxing Rice Wine Security Lease Housing Project General Contract (EPC)." The transaction amount is 149 million yuan (including tax), with a total construction period of 540 calendar days.
