On the news front, on the evening of February 10th, BYD Company Limited's "TianShen Zhi Yan" smart driving launch event was held. Wang Chuanfu announced that all models of BYD Company Limited will be equipped with "TianShen Zhi Yan" advanced smart driving technology, with the first batch of 21 models to be launched soon. Among them, models priced above 100,000 yuan will have it as standard, while most models priced below 100,000 yuan will also have it. China Securities Co., Ltd. believes that 2025 will be a key turning point for the rapid development of smart driving technology, with global car companies accelerating their layout in the high-end smart driving field. BOCOM INTL pointed out that currently, most Chinese market vehicles with smart driving functions are priced above 150,000 yuan. BYD Company Limited and Changan's aggressive pricing strategy will accelerate the implementation of smart driving technology and force other car companies to adjust their pace in implementing smart driving technology. With the smart driving experience, the bank believes that users of fuel-powered cars will accelerate their transition to new energy vehicles, leading to a further increase in the penetration rate of Shanxi Guoxin Energy Corporation vehicles to 60% by 2025. The bank also mentioned that suppliers of smart driving components such as laser radar and domain controllers will see a significant increase in market demand, but at the same time, the prices of smart driving components are expected to accelerate their decline.
