Zhejiang (300469.SZ): The company has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Mobile Limited Tianjin (referred to as "China Mobile Limited Tianjin") in February 2025. Both parties adhere to the principles of "equality, mutual benefit, honesty, cooperation, and mutual development", establishing a strategic partnership for the large-scale application of Beidou in key transportation vehicles in Tianjin. They are important partners in this project. Both parties are the main partners for this project and will provide the necessary related materials and support for the project implementation (including funds, technology, and personnel), cooperating with each other to complete the project. The Beidou large-scale application project in Tianjin involves the replacement of approximately 90,000 terminals, with a specific cooperation amount of approximately 120 million RMB. Both parties aim to leverage their experience and advantages in Beidou application to promote the installation and large-scale application of Beidou terminals, ensuring that the project in Tianjin successfully passes national acceptance and completes auditing by December 31, 2025, providing solid support in terms of solutions, technology, and funding for the economic benefits of the project. The signing of this agreement establishes the strategic partnership between the two parties, allowing them to fully utilize their core technologies, products, and resources to promote the large-scale application of Beidou. This will achieve complementarity and resource sharing, assisting in the reduction of vehicle transportation safety risks through the use of technology as part of national strategy. The company will rely on the integration of Beidou system and transportation big data to build a more complete industrial chain system in the field of intelligent transportation, enhancing market share and industry influence, and laying a solid foundation for the long-term sustainable development of Beidou big data services and large-scale applications.
