ZIJING INTL FIN (08340) announces that the board of directors is pleased to announce that all conditions contained in the subscription agreement have been met, and the subscription will be completed on February 11, 2025. A total of 179,000 shares (approximately 3.22% of the increased share capital of the company following the completion of the subscription) have been subscribed by the subscriber at a subscription price of HK$0.50 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement.
