China Yangtze Power (600900.SH) has announced that its controlling shareholder, China Three Gorges Group, has signed an agreement with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yangtze Ecological Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Yangtze Environmental Protection Group), regarding the gratuitous transfer of state-owned shares. China Three Gorges Group intends to transfer its 978,728,709 shares (4% of the total share capital) of the company to Yangtze Environmental Protection Group without compensation.

Shenzhen Batian Ecotypic Engineering (002170.SZ) wholly-owned subsidiary obtained the safety production license for the Xiaogaozhai phosphate mine.

IH Retail (01373) spent approximately HK$161,300 to repurchase 150,000 shares on February 11th.
