According to reports, Contemporary Amperex Technology (300750.SZ) plans to submit an application for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange this week, with the goal of raising at least $5 billion. It was reported earlier that Contemporary Amperex Technology intends to add Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and UBS to the list of banks for this offering. Previous reports indicated that Bank of America, CICC, China Securities Co., Ltd., and J.P. Morgan will be the lead underwriters for this listing. Contemporary Amperex Technology announced on December 26th last year that it plans to issue overseas listed foreign shares (H shares) and apply for listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
