Dongguan Eontec (300328.SZ) announced that the Board of Directors has received the resignation report from Mr. Tang Tiezhuang, the company's non-independent director and general manager. Following the company's proposal and friendly negotiations between both parties, Mr. Tang Tiezhuang has decided to resign from all positions within the company (including but not limited to director and general manager) and terminate the labor relationship with the company.
