Xinjiang Lixin Energy (001258.SZ) announced that its Board of Directors received a written resignation report from Fan Bing on February 6, 2025. Fan Bing resigned from his position as director and chairman of the company due to work adjustments, and also resigned from his positions as a member and chairman of the company's Board of Directors Strategic Committee. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any other positions in the company.
