CSI PROPERTIES (00497): Wong Ho Yi appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer

CSI PROPERTIES (00497) announced that Mr. Chow Hau Man (Mr. Chow) has resigned as the Group Chief Financial Officer due to work re-arrangements, effective from February 7, 2025. Mr. Chow will continue to serve as an Executive Director and a member of the Executive Committee of the Company after his resignation as the Group Chief Financial Officer. Following Mr. Chow's resignation as the Group Chief Financial Officer, the Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Wong Ho Yi (Ms. Wong) has been appointed as the new Group Chief Financial Officer, effective from February 7, 2025.
