BANK OF GUIZHOU(06199): Wu Fan has been approved for qualification as President and Executive Director.

The Bank of Guizhou (06199) announced that today it has received a document from the Guizhou Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission approving Ms. Wu Fan's qualification as the bank's President and Executive Director. Ms. Wu Fan's term as Director will start on January 23, 2025 and will continue until the end of the fourth term of the Board of Directors.
