The Agricultural Bank of China (01288) announced that Wang Wenjin was appointed as the Vice President of the bank at the board meeting held on December 23, 2024, pending approval of his qualifications by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. The bank has received the approval document (Jin Fu [2025] No. 53) from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission regarding the appointment of Wang Wenjin as Vice President of Agricultural Bank of China. Wang Wenjin's appointment as Vice President of the bank has now taken effect.
