Ningbo Menovo Pharmaceutical (603538.SH) announced that on January 23, 2025, the company received a proposal from Mr. Yao Chengzhi, the actual controlling shareholder and chairman of the company, regarding the annual dividend for the year 2024. According to his proposal, the total cash dividend for the year 2024 should not be less than 10 million yuan.
