Recently, the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" national key research and development program "Medical Equipment and Biomedical Materials" key project led by Peking Union Medical College Hospital and undertaken by Beijing Wandong Medical Technology, a subsidiary of Midea's medical business sector, officially started. This is another time that Beijing Wandong Medical Technology has taken the lead in a national key project after successfully leading the "National Medical Equipment Material Production and Application Platform". This national key research project is jointly carried out by Huazhong University of Science and Technology Tongji Medical College affiliated Tongji Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Southeast University, Hefei University of Technology, Zhejiang University, Midea Research Institute, and other clinical units, universities, and research institutions. It integrates industry, academia, research, and medical services, fully leveraging the strengths of each unit in technological breakthroughs, integrated machine research and development, and clinical applications, collectively breaking through the bottleneck of non-contact cardiovascular gate control system development, and providing a new precise and intelligent gate control technology for cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging. As one of the most widely used medical imaging devices in clinical applications, MRI has the advantages of no radiation, high soft tissue resolution, and multi-parameter imaging, and is widely used in various clinical fields. Especially in cardiovascular imaging, MRI has the unique advantage of non-invasive imaging. Traditional cardiovascular MRI imaging is not precise enough and has low scanning efficiency due to motion artifacts caused by heartbeats. The non-contact cardiovascular magnetic resonance gate control system technology will solve this problem, bringing a convenient, intelligent, stable, and accurate heart gate control system to the clinic, assisting in precise cardiovascular imaging. The non-contact cardiovascular magnetic resonance gate control system technology will create a non-contact cardiovascular magnetic resonance gate control system based on optical sensors, realizing one-key intelligent cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging. It will solve the compatibility problem of non-contact complex gate control system in complex electromagnetic environments, accurately analyze the collected physiological data to decipher the correct gate control trigger point, ensuring accurate and stable trigger of the gate control signal in the MRI environment. The breakthrough in this common key technology will fill the technological gap in this field, leading and demonstrating internationally.
