BONJOUR HOLD (00653) fell more than 12% again. Since January 16, the stock had experienced a multi-day surge, with yesterday's morning session rising over 30% at one point, but plunging over 60% in the afternoon. As of the time of writing, it has fallen by 12.38% to 0.184 Hong Kong dollars, with a turnover of 4.2385 million Hong Kong dollars.
On the news front, BONJOUR HOLD has recently experienced significant changes in its positions. On January 14, BONJOUR HOLD made a large deposit, transferring 17.53% of its shares to Wanli Securities on that day. And on January 16, January 17, and January 20, there were also movements of transferring shares, all transferred from Mei Feng, totaling over 21% of the shares being transferred out. Earlier on January 13, BONJOUR HOLD had officially issued 210 million common shares according to the subscription agreement signed with controlling shareholder Chen Jianwen on November 12, 2024. This subscription will be completed by offsetting part of the repayment amount, namely the 33.18 million Hong Kong dollars of shareholder loans will be considered as repaid.
